1. Engineering Data Collection
Cirqon Power Solutions collects technical specification data, facility schematics, and corporate contact information solely for the purpose of executing electrical engineering load analysis and turnkey EPC proposals. This data is transmitted securely and is never sold to third-party brokers.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
All structural and electrical blueprints submitted to our Baridhara technical office via our consultation forms are automatically protected under our standard mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement policies. Client intellectual property regarding factory layouts and proprietary production lines is strictly siloed.
3. Telemetry & Analytics
This digital infrastructure utilizes strictly necessary cookies to ensure basic session continuity. We do not deploy aggressive tracking pixels or cross-site tracking mechanisms. Any analytics gathered are anonymized and used exclusively to optimize our technical documentation delivery.
4. Data Retention Protocol
Technical schematics associated with unawarded RFQs are permanently purged from our active databases after 180 days. Client data associated with active SLA maintenance contracts is retained in secure, encrypted storage in compliance with local commercial regulations.
