1. Engineering Liability & Scope
Cirqon Power Solutions provides preliminary engineering consulting via this platform. Information presented here does not constitute a binding engineering guarantee until a formal SLA or EPC contract is signed, stamped, and counter-signed by authorized representatives.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary CAD layout methodologies, synchronization logic sequences, and structural engineering designs presented on this site or in preliminary RFQ responses remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cirqon Power Solutions until full commercial handover.
3. Proposal Validity
Any automated or preliminary cost estimates generated through our consultation forms are subject to physical site surveys and global copper/aluminum index fluctuations. Official financial proposals remain valid strictly for 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All commercial disputes, EPC contract arbitrations, and SLA breaches shall be governed exclusively by the commercial laws of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction falling strictly to the appropriate courts within the Dhaka Metropolitan area.
